Gift Card Terms
and Conditions
Card name: "Gori Mall" gift card;
Card type: Visa international payment card;
Limit: minimum 50 GEL, maximum 5000 GEL;
Card validity period: 6 months from the date of deposit;
Spending the amount on the card: all at once or in parts;
Card PIN: physical PIN, which is given to the user when issuing the card;
Lost card recovery: possible only in the case of an identified card holder;
User identification: when issuing the card, the user is identified through an identification document;
Card issuance: free of charge;
Card issuance to legal entities: card/cards are issued to a natural person representing a legal entity;
Card use: in the facilities located in the Gori Mall shopping center;
Balance replenishment: one-time;
Balance check: via any bank ATM;
Withdrawing the amount on the card: at any time upon request at the service center.
* It is not allowed to issue a gift card to an unidentified individual/legal entity
Important Information
The gift card is valid only at POS terminals located within Gori Mall.
Cash withdrawals or other types of transactions from the card are not possible.
The card balance can be checked at the service desk or via an ATM.
The gift card can be loaded with amounts ranging from 50 GEL to 5,000 GEL.
The funds on the card are valid for 6 months.
In case of card loss, only the registered cardholder can block the card or recover the PIN code.
